Our History
It all started in 1914 when Mr. Abdul Rasheed started his career as an apprentice in the Pharmaceuticals and Chemical trade business. He quickly rose in his career and started his own business which saw remarkable growth owing to his integrity, focus on high quality results and sharp business acumen.
After the Independence of Pakistan, he along with his two sons started the business afresh in Karachi, Pakistan and Chittagong, Bangladesh. Since then the company blossomed and acquired agencies after agencies driving upon high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Today the 4th Generation of Mr. Rasheed is in the business. The family has grown into diverse businesses of manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. Today different arms of the Rasheed family are in Pharmaceuticals, Food, Beverage, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Blending & Mixing of Flavors, Fragrances and other Food Products, Oleo Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Alternative Energy and Electrical Solutions.
Our Logo
Our Logo is a customized and unique design which has two main elements:
- The logo is designed to show the Intials of our name “RS” for Rasheedsons.
- The Globe in the Logo represents the “World” of Ingredients to which we are the Gateway for our Suppliers and Customers
Our Logo encompasses both our Heritage and our Slogan “Your Gateway to the WORLD of Ingredients!”
